1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Chitrakala Interiors' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

Chitrakala Interiors provides interior design and modular furniture services including but not limited to:

• Design consultation and planning
• 3D visualization and rendering
• Manufacturing of modular furniture
• Installation and project management

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and design modifications.

4. Payment Terms

• 10% advance payment upon booking confirmation
• 60% payment upon design approval and before manufacturing
• 30% final payment upon project completion

5. Project Timeline

Standard project timelines range from 30-45 days post design approval. Delays due to site readiness, client approvals, or force majeure events are not our responsibility.

6. Warranty

We provide a 10-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, water damage, or normal wear and tear.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before manufacturing incur a 10% cancellation fee. Post-manufacturing cancellations are subject to 50% charges. Custom-made items are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, 3D renders, and creative work remain the intellectual property of Chitrakala Interiors unless full payment is received.

9. Limitation of Liability

Chitrakala Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
